Curious Garden by Peter Brown

An early book of Peter Brown's that is as luscious to look at as all of his other books. My students LOVE Peter Brown and they'll like this one about spreading gardens in unusual places. 4 Stars

This is one of the four books that made me want to write picture books! One of my favorites of all time!

You will notice that I try not to give reviews that are of any length or go into much of the story. I usually read books because of recommendations from other people. IF I read a review, I read the shortest one I can find or just a few paragraphs of a long review. I like to use our wonderful public library's summary of a book, it's short and to the point. As my grandson and I say at the end of each book, "YAY BOOKS" and then we clap and holler like Kermit the Frog.
