#bookaday But! by Tim Hamilton

Laughter burst out when I saw this book on the shelf. Aren't the illustrations hilarious? I always hope the book is as funny as the pictures..and this one is! Fun read aloud because on each page each it ends with BUT... Adults will love this book as much as the kids! 4 Stars

#bookaday Big Blue Thing on the Hill by Yuval Zommer

Yuval Zommer's fun book and illustrations will delight children and adults alike. The animals have lived in peace until a big blue thing parks in their forest. Their antics to get rid of it are hilarious. The surprise ending is perfect.

You will notice that I try not to give reviews that are of any length or go into much of the story. I usually read books because of recommendations from other people. IF I read a review, I read the shortest one I can find or just a few paragraphs of a long review. I like to use our wonderful public library's summary of a book, it's short and to the point. As my grandson and I say at the end of each book, "YAY BOOKS" and then we clap and holler like Kermit the Frog.
